Got an error message when trying to submit yesterday Sunday 9/20/2026 at approx. 10:40am. The back gate of the house 3624 E Morningside Dr was open and their doodle looking dog ran out at my dog and I taking a walk. We were in front of the house next door (3630)as this happened so it appears there is no invisible fence containment as the dog crossed what I would think the property line is and there’s no sign indicating an invisible fence is in use. (Photo taken after the event once my dog calmed down and we were walking away.) I shouted “No” multiple times with big pointing gestures and the dog eventually stopped and ran back around the house into the back yard thankfully and did not try again. Even if the pup is friendly this is a dangerous behavior for all involved and it scared my dog being rushed while we were on a walk and he was on leash by this strange off leash and unattended dog. I posted this PSA in my neighborhood thread as I did not know the people who lived there and was privately contacted by another neighbor that they have had this happen to them before as well where this dog was off leash running around. I of course cannot confirm the previous instances but wanted this record of this incident that I was personally involved in.

Resident comment at Farmers Market OOTM table-- will curbs along divided bike lane that begins at the corner of 3rd and Clarizz (By Bfoods E) be painted orange for greater visibility? Noted many cars actually enter the bike lane because they don't see the curbs.

There is a Doberman that lives in Apartment 19. Not only does he lunge at other dogs but he also lunges at adults and kids. When they take him out side he has to wear a muzzle and if we are out side they either wait till we are in the car before they start walking inside with him or if we take our dogs out they wait till we move far away before going back inside. Well today July 30th while my sister took one of my dogs out he managed not only to get out of his harness but he also got either out of his muzzle or wasn't wearing it and he went after my sister and dog. My sister managed to get them into a different apartment door but barely. According to my sister the lady didnt try hard to get a control of him or grab him till he almost bit my dog and sister. We already sent an email to our landlord and are waiting for his reply. Not only do we have two dogs but we have 4 kids two of which are very little.

There is trash in the driveway and random chairs along the end of the driveway toward the road and a pile of empty cardboard boxes by the road next to the mailbox. The recycling and trash bins are overflowing. It’s a mess. Can you please talk with them about the expectations and rules of keeping things clean. They are student renters and they may not be aware or understand how these things affect a neighborhood. Thank you.
