Park Ridge neighborhood: Partnered with the traffic calming bumps are stakes with reflectors to bring driver's attention to the speed bumps. Nearly all of the stakes are missing the reflectors or the reflectors are damaged. Some of the pairs of stakes have one of the stakes missing like in front of my house. (A lawn service damaged it and removed it). So please survey and replace the missing reflectors and a couple of the missing stakes. The stakes with no reflectors appear dangerous. Like "Games of Thrones" dangerous. It was odd at the conclusion of the 2022 Morningside repaving, that the new version of traffic calming bumps was installed (thanks), but the stakes were ignored in terms of reflectors. We appreciate your attention on this item.

Hello - (Joe VanDeventer) Bringing to your attention the need to repave E. Longview Ave. Your department repaved a section of E. Longview in 2020 but the repaving stopped short of the Park Ridge residential neighborhood. This road needs repaving badly and I ask that you consider it on your repaving schedule ASAP. The photo above is an example granted from a water pooling issue that is still being resolved after some drain work, thanks! But the full length of E. Longview needs repaving. It is part of the E-W bike corridor, no sidewalks so lots of pedestrian traffic and bike traffic and a cut through by many avoiding Third St., and we have traffic calming bumps that will need reinstallation like you completed on Morningside Drive in 2020. Street repaving request for East Longview Ave. Looking for the 2024 paving schedule, may not be released yet. East Longview needs paving through its full length within Park Ridge, from N. Glenwood West through to N. Glenwood east cross streets. This would accomplish: -Repaving needed overall - Install updated traffic calming bump design replacing current full width bumps. -Stripe the bike path lane stripe as it's part of the E-W bike greenway. And thanks! for placing the stop stripes at the 4-way stop E. Longview and N. Glenwood west by the park. We have a significant issue with motorists running that stop sign by the park entering the neighboorhood. We appreciate your good work.

This might be a GIS issue but filing it under "other". I am interested in you determining land ownership of the land along the railroad tracks that is behind my and my neighbors property. Parallel to E. Longview and beside the railroad tracks is land that I believe might be CSX property but not sure. Me and many of my adjacent neighbors whose property line the tracks are combating Poisen Hemlock. WE are working with MC-IRIS as a ID and instructive agency as we plan to address the small plants this Spring. We wish to know who is the owner of the land and potentially seeking their support. It is in line with the Polly Grimshaw trail which will be treated soon for Poison Hemlock. Thank you --

The street light on Morningside Drive north of 3500 E. Morningside Drive has burned out. Would you please have this fixed? It is very dark on our street and there are many pedestrians. Thank you.

The cover of one of the new boxes in the ground for the fiber optic cable is off. This makes a deep hole about 1.5 x 3 feet that a small child or dog could step into.

The resident at the corner of Morningside Drive and Park Lane is running a scooter business in his front yard and on the street. He also has a great deal of trash in his driveway, on the lawn, and along both sides of the house. The scooter business involves going around town, picking up scooters, and recharging their batteries. He has two trailers and at least one is always parked on the street. The trailer and the towing pickup typically jut out into the traffic lanes and create a hazard on an alreaddy overcrowded street. I request that the city take action regarding these complaints. Park Lane is a relatively heavy travelled road because it has no speed bumps. Adding these trailers into the mix is going to cause accidents....
