Corner of Euclid and Second Street, the owner on the HE side of the intersection has plants growing so high that you can't see any traffic coming unless you are out in the intersection. Very dangerous! I have nearly been hit several times!!! Please do something.
Last week there was another accident, homeowner continues to grow "wildflowers" and does not maintain growth to a reasonable height, vegetation blocks line of sight and is very dangerous.
Line of sight/safety hazard because of excessive growth in front of 820 W. 2nd Street. For those turning onto 2nd street from Euclid street, the vegetation blocks the line of site. This is especially dangerous because the property is near the top of a hill, which already obstructs line of sight.
flower beds of homeowner block clear vision of traffic
fence is falling because trees are overgrown
Burning "tongue and groove from the 40s or 30s or 20s and blue spruce--green green wood" in the wood stove. Caller believes it is toxic and that resident is polluting neighborhood. She would not leave name or phone number so I couldn't tell her we don't enforce the clean air act.
The fence behind the property at 1014 W. Howe Street is falling down. Please call with the status.
For over a year, both the owner and tenant of this location have made repeated offenses against city code - including dumping yard waste in the ally, not picking up trash in yard and on sidewalk, having multiple broken down cars parked (for over a year) on property without attempts to repair/remove them. Owners are constantly parking on sidewalk for days at a time. Tenants have aggressive dog that has jumped the fence and attacked people. Blue car in front of house (with flat tires) hasn't moved in over a year, and does not run. Blue SUV doesn't run, and hasnt moved in months. Trash and recycle bin are constantly over flowing and spilling trash. Bins are never removed from sidewalk. Witnesses have caught tenants throwing trash into neighbors yard.
