The trash for the Killion Building apartment complex has not been picked up in weeks and is starting to get scattered all over the parking lot behind my house. I have spoken with Woodington Management prior to this about the same issue about a month ago but it is happening again.

Hello, I work for a local property manager, Mackie Properties. Our company manages a homeowners association called Madison Park located north of W Howe St, in between S Madison St and S Morton St. I was recently informed that the plants along a section of the B-line just east of Madison Park are becoming overgrown and would benefit from being trimmed. I've included photos of the relevant area, as well as a map of the area outlining the overgrown section with a red rectangle. Needs a "not a through street" sign

This light turns red for the major thoroughfare (Patterson) almost every time I travel that road, despite the fact that there are NO cars coming from the other direction (Adams). I can't understand a light dedicated solely to a school and college apartments to the detriment of the main through traffic, especially when no one is sitting at the light. It needs to have road sensors, not be set to a timer.
