Corner lot property with apparently absent owner. Sidewalk on 3rd St. side of property has been covered in snow and ice for past 2 weeks. Very dangerous for pedestrians. Please notify and/or cite owner. Thank you.

Sidewalk along 3rd St not shoveled
Picture is on property of 206 s Fairview and looking east. Huge hole. Unclear if sinkhole as area of old quarry or if recent digging for fiber optic contributing. Hole is about 1 ft across and about 2 foot wide. It caverns under the road slightly and appears to go deeper under the property on 206. Since there is no side walk, people often walk on the grass in that exact area. I walk this way often and first time seeing it this evening.
Large (maybe 5' by 3') hole in the street was recently filled with asphalt, but the new asphalt lies below the level of the road at the edge of the hole. The bump is quite harsh to drive over
