This property has vegetation overgrowth over the W. 3rd St. side and the Walker side of the property every year this is a problem every year it’s reported does the property owner not have a continued responsibility to maintain these walkways and site lines to the stop sign at Walker and third?

Live in Prospect Hill and have noticed the storm sewer drains have not been cleaned . Many of them are caked with mud, twigs etc.
This drain is clogged with gravel, and a lot has piled up inside the drain. Thank you!
Hi, these two drains are partially clogged with gravel. I cleaned them with my hands but there’s a lot of dirt and gravel covering them and I don’t have time today to clean them properly. The grate cover of a drain in a parking lot here had fallen into the drain. The drain is located inside an HOA called Madison Park. We got the cover out and reinstalled it, but it is bent and needs to be replaced. Would this be a City responsibility or the responsibility of the HOA? Thank you for your help!

Excess over growth of dirt and sand build up line the curb edge on W.2nd st. I started to notice it starting about Mary M's florist shop, continuing past Rogers for 1 to two blocks.
