Deep pothole southbound on S Rogers after the intersection with W 4th Street.
Grass is at least 16 inches tall
yard overgrown, homeless squatting at property, neglected yard for months
Weeds are extremely high and there is a lot of ragweed.
couch and assorted other items on alley, spilling into alley and neighboring yards
Excessive clutter and vehicles in yard
Property appears abandoned, yard full from overgrowth. Vines go inside building, dilapidated, poses potential for hazard
I don't have a current photo but particularly since the utility work completed on this stretch of road the parking spots in front of the shops flood and hold water. The gradient actually seems to slope away from the drain instead of towards. As a result, we frequently have to bail out the parking spots to make them usable for customers. Flooding issues include the accessible parking spot, which poses a risk to the mobility impaired. How can we best collaborate on a solution? Thanks!
People who are unhoused are leaving their belongings / lots of trash in the alley of our office building. Customers/clients/pedestrians use this alley often.
