Street light out on the corner of S Madison & 3rd Street for a few weeks now

The drive/alleyway to the left of my residence is unlit and pitch black at night. It is dangerous to walk to and from my car or trash bins at night. I spoke with my landlord and he said that it is city property. I would like some kind of streetlight or floodlight installed.
