I am requesting a Neighborhood Compliance Officer confirm there are only 3 unrelated adults living at this address. Owner of this property is Surariz LLC, C/O Michael Hensiger. This request is due to there being an unusual amount of parked cars in the northern half of this block. Average daily amount is 12 cars parked on both sides of the road.
Please consider measures to prevent this area from being overwhelmed by excessive parking on our street. As many as 20 cars are parking here on a given day. Thank you!
There is a house next to ours and they continue to park on the grass near a deep ravine in front of our house and other houses. I have asked them to park on the pavement, but it continues. We do not have concrete curbs on our street. Also they park on both sides of the street and making it a hazard for any emergency services to get by. Also, the grass helps keep the structure of the ravine.
The problem is parking on the south side of East Maxwell Drive. Cars are either parking on the street or half on the street and half on the grass. The lack of signage is possibly causing the problem. The North side of Maxwell is clearly marked and with some zone parking. This south side becomes a problem with heavy traffic and the cars are parking on the street. So is it permissible or not? Super deep pothole on Maryland drive. Appears to be getting worse.

Hi! I'm giving my neighbor's address rather than my own as hers is closer to the pothole. It is slightly west of 1917 E. Marilyn toward Nancy St.. There is a pothole that has been filled, but the filling substance is now collapsing into the pothole and there is small cavern-like opening. I suspect there is an issue with the sewer or pipes and am afraid that a larger portion of the road could soon be affected. I hope you are able to come out soon to check! Thank you so much!
