Report Case #159586 This has been an ongoing issue. The creek, once again, is very cloudy and dirty. It was clear yesterday (2/1/19) and is like this today.

167265 was a previous case of the same problem. It was closed by Kelsey Thetonia. I report that the creek is intermittently very dirty and muddy looking. It was very clear yesterday and now it is very dirty, like previous pictures I have sent. Since it was clear yesterday and hasn't rained since Saturday, it seems like it is more than simple runoff. This location has a lawn that has gone un-mowed and the grass currently exceeds 8 inches (front yard was recently mowed, backyard was not). In the backyard, a deer and two fawn have taken up residence, which is disturbing and dangerous to neighborhood pets.
