Trash in the verge (old chair and tub) also one trash can in yard turned over with trash spilling out into yard. Another trash can has been sitting with gross smelling garbage in it on the side of the house. I imaging some varment will soon dump this one . The house is a Jeff Jones home without any residents. A large branch high in the city oak tree in front of this address is dead and has partially fallen off the tree. All the leaves are dead and a different color so it is easy to identify. The branch is still attached, however, and could fall during a storm or high winds onto cars that often park under the tree. Could the city remove the branch to limit potential destruction of property in the future?
