Overflowing trash in yard. This area has a lot of animals (deer, raccoons, mice, rats, etc.)
This is a new build and would benefit the neighborhood if the city would enforce the ordinances quickly to set expectations. Thank you.

There is an abandoned lot that I have to walk through at times and this has progressively gotten worse. There is excessive trash, over growth, unhoused persons running in and out of the building, sleeping loitering on this lot. I spoke to a gentleman that parked a camper there and he stated he paid for camper parking on a website called neighbor.com
This lot/building is run down, trashed and poses a hazard/safety issues to other surrounding businesses and homes not to mention the trash that is being thrown into and around businesses there.
