I explained that last week was actually his yard waste week and that we would only be picking yard waste up every other week at this time. We have a gigabit line install over the city sidewalk, easement. Installed by axis solutions Nov 25th. This is a heavily used sidewalk near mailboxes and we have two blind residents that use this pathway. There is a hello flag but no safety ramp, cones or other alerts that might deter a blind person. It's not a well lit area and is a tripping hazard. Please call at your earliest convenience, 812.650.8740 to offer solutions.
