Lawn way overgrown. You can actually drive around the whole Westpointe neighborhood and cite people. There's a lot of do-minimal type people living here with overgrown lawns, composting grass and material in the lawns, etc.

Neighbor has put in a dumpster in his drive way. Caller feels that area residents will abuse the dumpster and the area will become a mess. Inspector please call complaintant with results.
Back yard has nt been mowed.
