uReport Case #174148 The drain was cleared only because they are getting ready to do my leaves. This picture shows where the grass died because of them dumping what was in the great onto the grass 034 weeks ago. I filed that report then I have cleared it twice since cuz we've had two large rains over an inch and a half and two inches in my neighborhood. I find it a fallacy to say that it's been closed because they're coming to sweep up all the leaves and they happen to rake near it. As I said in an earlier you report I want to file a grievance on this case. I've lived here over 20 years and I fought with them to keep these drains clear and they cleaned all five of the other drains and left the one that's used the most full of leaves and then when they do clear it they dump the leaves up on the curb is summer winter anytime and it kills the grass. About the time we get the grass growing again somebody comes around and does it again. It's more than frustrating it's criminal.

This is my 3rd complaint about dogs barking and howling during the day and at night. I have received answers from Animal Control that the owners promised to get park colors. Either they are not working or it did not happen. We need our sleep at night, and we want to enjoy our yard during the day. One of our neighbors has recordings and has also filed multiple complaints. We would really like your help, again. And please do not placate us again that you have talked to the owners. They seem reticent to input. All of us look forward to a permanent solution. Per EPA Tip or Complaint: My neighbor at 1650 W 8th Street in Bloomington, Indiana is constantly dumping his trash in his own yard. It then proceeds to blow into my yard from wind. If you check the public record of complaints against this property you will see this has been going on for literally years. Cops and local authorities(Housing and Neighborhood Development) only ever fine the tenants, and I'm getting tired of this blatant violation/ disrespect for the environment and neighbors.

The vehicle sensors on Clarizz don't seem to be detecting correctly. I have set at that intersection, and the traffic signals take a long time to change, even if there's no traffic on 3rd Street. Wasn't sure if that is the way it is supposed to be or not.

Tree trimming occurred along High Street a few weeks ago. Some of the debris was removed by the company contracted to do the trimming but much more was left behind. Will further clean-up be done?

Was harassed in Kroger parking lot by people from seminary park. Asked for money, when I said no they aggressively tried to follow me. I had to run to my car to leave. Very unsafe area for Bloomington residents.
