Overgrown weeds and trash all along N. Adams Street from W. 7th St. to the railroad tracks. Ms. Inskip states that the property is owned by the City of Bloomington (Section 31, plat 1 & 2)? She says that the bushes and weeds need to be bushhogged, which might help prevent some crimes in the neighborhood.

On the "Stardust" overpass on Adams Street between W 7th St and Fountain someone has graffitied in huge letters that "XXXX is a Pedophile". (I can't remember the persons name but there is a name).

Line of Sight

You turn off of N. Walnut Street into the Blue Ridge Subd. Turn right onto N. Blue Ridge Drive. As you go up the hill there are tree branches overgrown into the road that scrape vehicles. The branches cause the drivers to swerve into the oncoming lane of traffic. There is another problem as you turn left onto E. Blue Ridge Drive. There are pine trees that block the line of sight of oncoming traffic.
