Neighbor has three large boxer dogs that are allowed to run loose for "exercise" daily, and usually for a period after dark. Complaintant is 78 and wife is 74, both are handicapped. Dogs are making a mess of their yard, and they can't go out after dark. They've lived there forty years, and feel they deserve better.
Trash all over back yard & porch. Dog in back yard has feces all over it. All of this is causing lots of green flies. Owner is John Hill.
Pulling out of alley near 1117 S. Rogers is dangerous because of all the overgrowth.
