Last February we reached out and requested that Parks clear several downed trees along the hiking trail behind Twin Lakes for our run group route. Parks came out within a couple days and cleared all of the downed trees including one huge one. I don't think I sent anything at the time but just wanted to give everyone a huge thank you for doing that for us - it helped so much. Everyone in our run group really appreciated the responsiveness and efforts from parks staff. Thank you so much!

Mr. Ward called to let us know that on several occasions he has seen folks drive back to the Wapehani Bike Park and dump brush and other debris. He knows what they're doing is illegal but doesn't want to get in trouble trying to catch them! He lives at the corner of Wapehani/Weimer roads and uses the park frequently and wants to see it taken care of. Also, has some questions about off-roading in the big open field by the park. Good Morning. I wondering what the process is to have a dog poop refuse trash can and bag dispenser to be installed in the green space outside of Mills Pool. I'm unsure if that is designated an actual park, but there has been an increase in use for various reasons making it seem like a park. I'm hoping to have one receptacle installed just like the one that is located in 9th St. Butler Park. Thank You!

In Bryan Park, ragweed along the edge of the stream that feeds Sheridan Creek. Please urge mowers to mow in a little further. It's a few inches tall now, but it can get to be 3 or more feet tall by August. (Sidebar: most of the area between the basketball courts and the picnic shelter would be like that too without mowing)

An employee from hfi mechanical group filmed the children playing at the splash pad. If it’s for the city’s use I understand but if not I think it needs to be looked into.

Used and open syringes are being thrown every now and then at Bline Trail/ Switchyard park. Did we pay for this project so that drug addicts can shoot up and throw syringes where the kids are playing? Why are the restrooms not open for public use at the switchyard park as well as the BPD? Don't say that you don't have enough resources to hire and take care of those. Address the real problem.
