lot on the corner of 10th and Monroe over grown
Overgrown trees, etc. on the sidewalks on W. 10th St.; W. Cottage Grove; Summit St., and Alexander. Several residences are not mowing their grass in the entire area.
Fire hydrant has leak at 10th & Adams Sts.
Homeless camp behind the railing. There are signs that say, no dumping or you’ll be prosecuted. But, there are junkies living over there. They leave trash anywhere they want, they throw their needles on the ground, they broke into my neighbors house. They were on my property 2 days ago. 1 of them is obviously strung out, threatens people. Somethings going to have to change over here. This area hasn’t been this bad in about 5years or so. They’ve been made to move from wherever they were before, and they need to move again. It’s gross to see in your neighborhood and they’re being thug hoodlums.
Pulling off if west 10th on to north adams street the visibility to the north is impossible to see. I have had numerous close calls trying to pull out off of 10th the trees and brush need to be cut back.
STORM DRAIN IS CLOGGED.
POSSIBLE MAIN BREAK
STORM GRATE IS TOO LOW
Two vacant lots located at 11th and Monroe have been in need of mowing. Someone is mowing the lots [as complainant is reporting this] and the mower is throwing grass into the street.
