Lights out
The tall large multi head lights that illuminate the 3rd St. exit onto and off of 37S. and north are out again.
I'm sorry that I can not remember which one specifically. ( I think it is the one on the off ramp when going north)
I know I called in the bank of lights that illuminate the on ramp coming off of 3rd st. exit going onto 37S. but what seems to have happened is that they rerouted the power from one bank of lights for another.
I'll try and pin point specifically on my next report.

2900 S. Spicewood Lane @ E. Rogers Road: stop sign blocked by tree branches which also hang into the roadway and sidewalk row. tree is in tree plot at corner & prevents adequate clearance and visibility pulling out onto E Rogers Road at busy intersection.

About 5:10 pm today (5 March) I stopped at the signal at Moore's Pike and College Mall Rd. I was waiting to make a westbound thru movement toward Hillside Ave. After two cycles wherein every other movement (including WB to SB) got a green, I still had not gotten the green light for a WB thru. Traffic had backed up the hill, out of sight, so I made a right turn when safe to do so, and took an alternate route home.

The left turn arrows for E. Moores Pike onto S. College and S. Sare cycle to short which causes traffic to back up both hills, to the round-about and to the movie theatre entrance. Then cars run the red once it goes green for College and Sare.

On June 1 and July 1 I reported that vegetation is blocking the multiuse path on Sare Rd. (180480 and180147) and the issue has not yet been addressed. If uReport is not the appropriate place to report the problem, please let me know and I can contact the relevant department heads, council member, mayor's office to request help. Last week, I observed a young cyclist almost fall of his bike trying to avoid the vegetation. I hope it can be taken care of quickly.
