Failure to remove yard waste and leaves from private property. Violates Code 12.24.030 Trees and Flora maintenance. Requirement of owners of parcels of land, adjacent to a public street, to improve and maintain the street tree lawn area, including leaf raking and brush collection. To be properly disposed.
I want to know if it’s possible to get leaf collection disposal for my property
Where does the city dispose of their leaf collections and is it possible for me to get leaf collection dumped on my property. I’d like to have it for mulch.
I put out two bags of leaves for pickup today, 11/2 during my normal trash pick up. They were not picked up. According to your website, picture attached, during the month of November, today is November 2nd, they are picking up the paper bags weekly. Mine were not picked up. You should not state they will be picked up weekly if they are not going to be picked up. Thanks, Danielle
I live on Woodstock Place, and several of my neighbors have leaf-blown their leaves into great piles along the street. I'm concerned that the street has been narrowed for traffic and that the leaves will be washed down into the sewers and cause backups. There was a yard sign in the yard nearest High Street about no leaf collection this year, but evidently it has been ignored. Can my neighbors be compelled to mulch or collect their leaves before they turn into a slick mess this winter?
Our yard waste was not picked up today, though garbage and recycling were. Can you take care of this? Thank you
Leaves from other properties wash down the hill and covering the sewer drain at the bottom, blocking the path for runoff to enter the drain. A crew had recently come to take care of the blockage, but only removed some of the leaves and poked holes in the remaining pile covering the drain. With a big rainstorm coming soon, and this being a flood-prone area, its unlikely this doesn't result in serious flooding
Neighborhood is still waiting on storm removal. Grass is dying or dead from piles so please expedite. Thank you.
Someone is amassing a pile of leaves by blowing them into the middle of the street. I think--but do not know--that it is the residents at 1908. Is the city planning to pick up leaves in the street this year?
