Huge pothole on College Ave just south of 10th Street in far east lane. Right in front of the driveway into First Federal Bank drive-up banking.
A personal motor vehicle is parked on the public multi-use path, blocking access for pedestrians and cyclists. This is a recurring ongoing issue at this address. I have previously left notes on improperly parked vehicles at this residence.

FYI pedestrian signal to the south at college mall and second street does not appear to be working properly. Request for crossing east to west did not register.
There are two very large potholes on Walnut St Pike one going south and one going north just north of Heather Dr. The crews can’t miss them. Thank you!
