Hello, Can I please a tree planted in front of my house? Recently saw out neighbors getting tress planted by the city on the strip of land between the street and the side walk. Thank you in advance,

Hello. I was on the TreeKeeper website awhile back and saw that there used to be a tree in the parkway between the sidewalk and 13th street. Is it possible for there to be another tree planted there sometime? Thank you for the consideration. Is Bloomington just going to ignore the fact that the homeless underneath grimes and Morton have set up a bicycle chop shop? Are we going to pretend the 20-30 bikes and hundred of bike parts their have not been stolen from tax paying citizens?
Kirby Alley is tagged as a street in the City's GIS system and this appears to be a mistake. It shows up in the City's street centerline product published on the City's data portal. For planning, streets this close to downtown would have sidewalks, but alleys do not. This is also a traffic issue. Having this alley tagged as a street means that Google Maps (shown in image) and other software will give driving directions down the alley, which is usually not intended or desired for pass-through traffic.
The lot just west of the B Line parking lot on W Country Club Dr lets the grass grow without ever mowing it. It's not developed so I can understand why they don't want to mow it, but it is a very busy street and is extremely difficult to see vehicles approaching from the west when exiting if the grass has grown long, as it currently is. Can they be required to follow the grass length restrictions please.
