In the storm that just came through, a street tree partially came down in the street R/W. It covers the tree plot and sidewalk. Not sure if it is out into the street as well. It is definitely blocking the sidewalk along the south side of Gentry Drive.

The street light at the intersection of Woodburn Ave and 15th street is out. This was observed on the evening of Sept 25th, 2017. This is a dark neighborhood and cannot have its intersection lights inoperative. Few residents keep their porch lights on as I do front and back.
Parking on the lawn in the back yard every day.
STAND ON 15TH AND LOOK IN OPENENDED GARAGE AND SEE THE HUGE PILE OF TRASH THAT HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN OUT SINCE CHRISTMAS BREAK.
Yard overgrown.
Grass has not been cut.
