The turn lane into the strip mall is blocked. The center median is blocked. Cars are slowing down to make a left turn into the strip mall and the pile off snocking blocking is over 6 feet tall.

Mrs. Burch called the HAND Dept. VERY upset over an overgrown bush and weeds as a line of sight problem at the corner of Dodds and Morton. She stated that the branches off of the bushes that are overgrown scrached her car. She stated that the City should pay for her car, and that she is going to take the weeds and branches to the Mayors office and dump them on his desk. She would like a call back on this ASAP. She stated that she never got a call back the last time she placed a complant.
