Trash bins on sidewalk. Tenants have been asked to remove them already, but they dismissively laughed and walked away.

Trash bins by street. Not clear if they belong to 713 or 705 N. Grant or both.
I was told last year that the city portion of Maybury Mall and Market Place by Woodland Springs Apartments would be repaved this year. Will that happen and when ?
Heading west on 400 W. Kirkwood, sign says to Indiana 37 with an arrow pointing up needs to be removed and changed to Interstate 69 since highway 37 no longer exists.
At cross street of 3rd and Fairview (on property of 704 W. 4th st) in Prospect Hill. neighborhood. The brush around the stop sign and corner is difficult to pass walking on the sidewalk. Drivers have a difficult time seeing if pedestrian walking. Picture is walking east on 3rd st.
There are multiple bags of garbage lying in the front near the sidewalk and some have been ripped open by animals. These have been out there for several days.
The trees completely cover the multiple ONE WAY signs on this road and people cannot see them. People almost get into accidents daily on this road because it’s a one way, but hotel guests do not know/see/read the one-way signs, so they go the wrong way. The street is just big enough to allow a car to pass, but not always. Something needs to be done - clean up trees, bigger “WRONG WAY” signs, or both.
My neighbors have had trash out since the day I moved in in early August and have done nothing about it. This pile has only grown and I’m nervous that we’re going to get mice or raccoons running through our trash or even our house as a result of it. I have been told that the previous tenants have complained and as a result our house (1605 N Dunn St) has also received a fine alongside theirs, I want to make it clear that we have separate property management groups and people living there. Any help would be greatly appreciated, this type of behavior by them is unacceptable.
The tap water tastes and smells bad. I have asked several people who agree as well as tasted water a 4 different locations in the city to confirm.
Our neighborhood has massive concerns regarding the new east third development. Kmart is ok but we are not convinced the city at all is taking traffic seriously. 3rd and Smith is not just backed up but dangerous. The hospital will open and overall this is not planned with any logic other than wanting more bedrooms. Is there green space or commercial components? Why allow so much parking? You can seriously be thinking this is public transportation oriented when there are more proposed parking spaces than bedrooms. 3rd has no safe crossings for bikes and pedestrians right now. So much wrong with lack of thinking ahead.
