at 2600 west 3rd street, the weeds are so high, they are encroaching upon the pedestrian cross-walk button (intersection of 3rd & franklin).

Main entrance to College Mall Apts, on 2nd St, has 2 lights on each side (north and south) of the island; these lights never turn on. Management said this is for city/Duke.
I think this spot needs some attention
NW corner of 6th and Maple. There is overgrowth and parked car related obstructions.
Lot overgrown at 2324 E 7th Street. Attracting rodents.
Called to report that parking meter #E5TH200A (on Kirkwood, near the corner of Washington St.) is releasing coins back out but still registering parking minutes.
Street light out on corner of E. University and Mitchell.
the stop sign by showplace 11, when approached from the west side street off college mall rd. is hidden behind branches that over hang the tall hedge. The sign needs to be visible before one gets to it. Generally one or two branches are trimmed occasionally. That's not enough.
Overgrown bushes and trees on the property of 604 Swain St are not only obstructing the view of the stop sign at the corner of E University and Swain but also hits car windshields and pedestrians trying to walk along the side of the street which has no sidewalk.
Two houses on Mitchell (between Hunter and 2nd St) have multiple bags of garbage which were not picked up during trash pick up yesterday which have now been strewn all over the street.
