An unknown individual has slept in the bus stop shelter for the past week. The area surrounding the shelter has litter scattered about consistently. I do not know if the litter is from this individual. It's a health hazard.
Part 3 of my complaint. Last night Officer Skelton would not show up as requested to observe Randy's driving, suggesting that I video it and give a copy to the managers of the bus company. I explained they already know and are making excuses. He still didn't show. I Ieft a message for Ofcr Crider to call me. He was on a run but NEVER called me back. HELP.

John Kovach said, "At this time preliminarily it appears that the city transit bus was pulling out of the station when the victim was struck. She is a deceased. It is a female. So at this point, the investigation is ongoing with our accident reconstructionists. I do not know when any information will be released for the accident. The bus station in front of Forest Ridge apartments has been hit and taken down.
I would like to know how to get a complaint against the Bloomington Transit center resolved. I have complained in person and left voicemails to customer service (they never answer the phone). The treatment I have received from one of their employees is wrong and inexcusable. I also have been treated very unfairly in regards to submitting these complaints. I am unsure of how else to proceed to receive resolve of this issue.
This bus stop might be the worst one in the City! Building a landing pad east of it (beyond the sign) would be a great idea.
6 Bus 0554 Today (4/25/17) blew past the stop at 10th and college at approximately 1:40 PM. There were students and other passengers such as myself standing at the side of the road. The bus raced over the hill at 10th street and ran right past us.
