Web Form: Part 3 of my complaint. Last night Officer Skelton would not show up as requested to observe Randy's driving, suggesting that I video it and give a copy to the managers of the bus company. I explained they already know and are making excuses. He still didn't show. I Ieft a message for Ofcr Crider to call me. He was on a run but NEVER called me back. HELP.
