House located across from Fairview School has trash in the back of house; garage has greasy restaurant equipment stored which has attracted rats. Caller has seen rats going across the street, and he is concerned about the childrens' safety.

It is difficult for people travelling south on Clark to see oncoming traffic going west on 8th Street due to the shrubs on the northeast corner.
