Water has smelled horrible and tasted awful since 9/10. Water sitting in our toilets smells. The taste is bad.

The sidewalk on the north side of E. Grimes just east of the intersection with S. Fess is obstructed by some vegetation. It is just about impassable. I saw a pedestrian have to walk into the road today to get around the blockage. Would the City be able to look into this? Thanks!

I am writing you with concerns about work being done around the city by AT&T subcontractors to lay fiber optics cable around the city. Should you talk to individuals in several neighborhoods where they have worked there is dissatisfaction. The subcontractors have at times leaving large scars across the properties of homeowners for which they then failed to make adequate repairs. Part of our sprinkling system no longer works. One of our neighbors has a 30 to 40 foot long scar across the side of his yard and the subcontractors buried both the meter for his water as well as one drain pipe from his gutters (I am including photographs). In talking to the Hallmark Management Corporation, we are not the only homeowners association that has had these kinds of experiences. I have tried to reach out to AT&T and was given assurances that I would hear back from them in an effort to resolve the situation. I have never heard back. I know the representatives from Hallmark have also been trying to reach out to AT&T without success, Can the City help to reach out to AT&T and raise these issues. Would it be possible to place one or more trash cans at the bus stop that is closest and on the side of the Brew House on College Mall Rd? The bus stop area is littered with trash. Compare this to the nice trash cans that are available at both bus stops closest to Kroger (Jackson Creek one) on Covenanter.

OCSAR Roofing services, 2 signs in the grass next to the road on Covenanter, before the intersection with College Mall Rd. These may be in the right of way. There also are 2 of the same signs on High Street, at the intersection with Marilyn. These have been in that yard for about a month now.

Large potholes on 11th street at Washington. Caused a scooter rider to crash as I witnessed.
