I live on the corner of S Madison and an alley, which is basically an extension of West Davis, which continues to run on the east side of Rogers through to South Madison. There are 5 homes that park along this stretch of the road and 2 garages. It also is a throughfare for people who don't realize South Madison dead ends and need to get themselves back out to Rogers. Without it plowed none of these houses can get our cars out. The city has plowed it in the past but we just had one go down our street but didn't go up this alley/W Davis
A large branch broke on the tree in the front yard of 1121 S Henderson. It’s about 30’ long and pretty big. It’s just barely hanging on. If it falls, it will most likely land in the sidewalk and could easily hurt or kill someone. This fell 3 weeks ago during the storm. I understand the tree folks are busy, but that has mostly slowed down. I even saw a truck stop and offer to remove it… I used this form because I didn’t see an option that made sense for this type of report.

I parked my car downtown on Sixth Street today near the library, then realized I couldn’t open my door because scooters were parked too close. I moved to another space and starting walking to the library, when I saw a woman get out of her car and move scooters out of her reserved parking space in the lot at Sixth and Lincoln. The scooters are a nuisance, and they look junky. Whatever good they may bring to Bloomington is far outweighed by the numerous injuries and a downtown with scooters blocking sidewalks, entrances and parking spaces. They should have been banned shortly after these companies dropped hundreds of them on our sidewalks without even the courtesy of an advance warning.
