A tree on southside of road, between gate and parking lot, has partially fallen and is hung up on a tree on northside of road. Leaning enough to possibly prevent vehicles with bikes on top from going past.
Was there a rationale for the recent (this summer) changes to this intersection? With the closure of the 2nd lane of 3rd street it's dangerous to enter from Mitchell now. You're angled terribly to look for oncoming traffic unless you can crane your neck 120 degrees back and to the right. Also, as traffic heads east on 3rd street (from Mitchell) they block any visibility you might have. Are there plans to sort this out with a light, stop sign, or anything?
When it rains, the entire ditch from Bainbridge to the Sherwood Oaks Park floods and encroaches on the homes in the area as well as exposing tree roots of trees close to utility poles. Run off from all surrounding streets goes into this ditch that ultimately drains into the creek at SHerwood Oaks Park and contributes to the significant flooding of that playground.
Planet Fitness has a large temporary sign located right along the road (College Mall). I would think this would be a sign regulation violation. Thanks!
Multiple potholes on the street
Potholes have grown in the N/S alley that runs from 1st St. up to University St. Alley is paved with gravel over top. Lots of potholes but worst two are 1) between 710 S Fess and 715 S Henderson and 2) near the decorative stone corner at the intersection with the E/W alley that runs from Henderson to Fess. There are a few more down by where they just did a fresh pave up from the south end by 1st a few years back but they aren't as bad.
Along Janet Drive on the east side of the city, there are several potholes that just need to be looked at once the weather allows. The form is not allowing me to put a location in the "location" field, but if you look up and down Janet Drive (only about a half-mile long), you'll notice 5 or 6 areas that need to just be patched up. I already put in a ticket (#178514) that you all responded to. Thanks, by the way. The ticket was with regards to the hole in my shower. I won't reexplain the situation here but while your intervention did get a response from Woodington Management in the form of a phone call wherein they claimed someone would be out to look at the issue within the week, the week has now passed and nobody has looked at or worked on the hole to my knowledge. Normally, I would be more patient but it has already been months of not being able to use my shower. Also, it is worth noting that in their phone call to my roommate they claimed they were waiting for us to tell them when the shower was dry before they would send someone out. At no point was I instructed to inform Woodington of anything.
