I believe this is a septic field leak onto the sidewalk. Intersection of Gramercy Park Dr. and North Claybrooke Ct.
See also closed case #177224 of Sept. 1, 2021. Sidewalk is flaking. 700 S Eastside Drive (corner lot) Nothing was done to repair this. House is for sale again now. Maybe a good time to insist that it be fixed.
Trash, funiture, carpet piled out in front of property. Sanitation will not pick up.
