Tenants are parking in the alley that runs behind 1000 and 1002 East Atwater. This makes it difficult for their trash removal truck to get in the alley. As a result trash cans are overflowing and trash is now in the street. In the past vehicles that were parked in the alley were ticketed. Is this no longer happening?

Yellow 'College Haulers and Movers' sign, nailed to a pole on Winslow Rd near the gas station at the corner of Henderson and Winslow.
At the corner of Walnut and Winslow there is a new Davis family sign (SING!) in the grass across from the Marathon gas station.
'Music Lessons by the Davis family' sign in the grass on Rhorer Rd, close to the intersection with Walnut, near the Subway exit. I think it is NOT on Subway property, though.
Suggestion for system after being told to report stuff to state system. Their info states the following, “INDOT does not respond to reports containing profanity, obscenity, vulgarity, or defamatory or discriminatory language.“. Perhaps this should be added onto this city system as there seems to be some profanities utilized on here as of late. Thanks for your work!
Our recycling was not picked up today and there was no indication as to why
