the water quality on the west side is below deplorable. especially since the fire Saturday morning! I do know about the water quality problems on the southwest side how long did you think it would take to get to the west side? I can get better water straight from the lake. the water smells like a bathroom door on a tuna boat!!! Good morning. We are at 430 S Westwood Drive, 47403. The neighbors behind us on Village Court continue to use the easement as a garbage dump. At present, there are broken window screens, discarded lawn furniture and other trash items. I would also like to report minor graffiti on the broken down wooden fence that is on their side of the easement. It is our hope these property owners would keep these rental properties in better condition and inform their tenants the easement is not their personal garbage dump. The public Works Icon lists Utilities as part of public works. It is not. It should include parking garages and fleet ( maybe not fleet. I don't know why the public would need to know. But definitely parking garages). It is on this page : https://bloomington.in.gov/departments

The lack of a city staff directory is problematic. Unfortunately, this seems like a step backwards to me; city department officials should be accessible. Either a consolidated staff directory or a staff directory on each department page would be extremely helpful.
