Is this the impression you want to make to prospective residents? What does this say to your current residents, "NOT MY PROBLEM?" Unless you have taken a helicopter to work this past week, you have certainly seen this DISGUSTING and UNSANITARY MESS and yet not one of you have taken the initiative to do something about it. On two occasions, I have shopped at Sahara Mart when no heat was in use. The first experience was at the 2611 E. 3rd Street location, and the other was the 106 E. 2nd Street location. The second time the workers were wearing coats, hats and gloves while working the cash register. When I asked "Did the heat go out on you?", the employee said that they "Do not have heat." After the words escaped his mouth he acted as if he didn't want to talk about it any further. I wasn't sure where to report this, so thank you for the opportunity to let the city know.

On Kinser Pike around the entrance to Marsh SuperMarket taken a real beating, even one of the patches put down during the winter has holes in it. Whew, what a winter.
