Phone Call: Caller is complaining of a tree growing up a telephone pole as well as tall grass. She claims that there is guttering in the alley. She stated that it was not well cared for.

did a drive by inspection of problem area...no grass problems or guttering was found. however, there was a slight problem seeing around the bushes when pulling onto elm street. i spoke with ms. hunter and this was her main concern. i forwarded the complaint to the engineering.
