At intersection of Sherwood oaks subdivison line and Winslow road there is an erosion issue with the storm drain.

on Smith Rd at the intersection with Washington St, The Project School blocks the road from 7:45-8:00 daily. They have a crossing guard blocking the street, not to direct traffic, but to prevent any one from driving down the road. they say they have an agreement with teh city. Is this actually the case? It is making my commute to work longer than necessary.
