Courtesy Pick up. Done by Roy, resident said he put his recycle in trash can we might have thought it was trash. He was mailed recyccle stickers.

he has 2 cans that he uses for recycling but they were not picked up today. I explained that the crews may have thought it was trash and sent him 2 recycling stickers in the mail.

I am hearing a loud low frequency (36Hz) noise coming from summit elementary school utility units (it seems to only kickes in during a very cold day). I get a migrane from this noise and there is noway to escape it exept to leave our house. I belive it constitutes "unreasonable noise" as decribed in the city code 14.09. Please help!

A private utility company cut a large hole in my driveway without permission. After removing that portion of my driveway they dug out what appears to be an area 3 feet deep and at least 2-3 feet wide just underneath my driveway. A piece of plywood was placed on top and is not secure. I’m not only afraid that someone will fall I. The hole, but also that an entire portion of my driveway will collapse into the ground. I have attempted to contact the private company (AT&T) and while they have opened a claim, I have yet to hear back from them in regards to this public safety concern and also how they plan to fix my driveway. My home sits on a very busy and trafficked corner in The Highlands. Lots of pets, small children, families walking all day. In addition, I can already see that area has shifted and sunk.
