yjere are no streetlights at all in the f section of south Hampton addition across from childs. It's very dark when the kids walk to school and unsafe at night. Kensington place has no lights at all.

Parking Ticket-- Hi, I want to give Sgt. Albert in the Police Department a HUGE COMPLIMENT! My mother Brigitte Jensen in Bloomington (I live in Idaho) is 80 years old. She has been very ill and even though she has a handicapped sticker, she was given a ticket in a Private Parking Lot for parking in a lined area in front of a dollar store. She called me and was a bit shaken. I am here in Idaho and I called Sgt. Albert. He was so understanding and KIND. I actually got an update on Bloomington/Normal. huge pothole has been created in this mess of asphault patches. that whole 10 yards or so of road the on winslow needs to be repaved, imo.
Moored pike and college mall rd. went through cycle at least 3times without letting traffic go west. I go through that intersection about 7:30-7:45 tues and thurs. Does not occur every time.
