BRAUNLIN HAS LIVED AT THE ADDRESS FOR 13 YEARS AND HAS ALWAYS HAD A PROBLEM WITH WATER FLOODING HER BASEMENT AFTER IT RAINS. SHE THOUGHT SHE HAD THE PROBLEM CORRECTED BUT AFTER LAST THURSDAY'S RAIN HER BASEMENT FLOODED AGAIN. THE COUNTY COMES OUT TO CLEAN OUT THE DRAINAGE DITCHES, BUT FOR THE FIRST TIME THE END OF THE STREET FLOODED ALSO. SHE WOULD LIKE FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT AND HELP HER DECIDE WHERE THE PROBLEM IS AND WHAT CAN BE DONE.
NO WATER
Citizen claims that snow plow killed her grass. Says street dept. came out and planted grass seed across the street for a similar problem but did not plant seed in her yard. Wants to know if we plan to do this before winter.

Grading without a permit behind Bibliogem building. Johns fears more blacktop will add to his already poor drainage problem. Says that an inlet had been installed when Sam's was built but it has since been filled in with concrete. Please call him before you go out.
Mr. Hoover called to complain about the recent construction on Tapp Road. He believes the construction caused his driveway to crack. I referred Mr. Hoover to Risk Management Department.

at the corner of Reba & Judd Ave drainage problem due to the building of 2 houses on Reba being done by Richard Deckard. A school bus got stuck in the water, people are taking photos.
