My water utility bill seems to have an extreme issue and this is quite urgent. I was charged $525.70 for the month of February for my water bill which is basically impossible to do and especially with little to no change in our water usage from month-to-month. This car has been parked in front of 715 West 13th Street for over a week. Several of its tires are flat. It has not moved. Neighbors do not know whose car it is. It appears to have been abandoned here. Can you please tow it? It is right in front of my house where I usually park.
