The city has come out and measured several times for a culvert to be installed in front of my driveway. The problem is that the street is higher than my driveway and this house is at the bottom of a hill. When it rains all the debris from the street and houses above me come into my driveway. There is so much water that my basement can flood and the water level can easily reach several feet deep. I have at the moment blocks of stones in front of my driveway so that the debris and water keeps going down Mitchel street instead of blocking the small drainage grates that are in driveway. Last week I had city utility workers digging holes in my yard looking for what they think might be a water main leak. I think there might be an underground stream. They patched my yard and laid straw, I now have after this weeks storm several large holes in my yard, some large enough to lose a medium size dog in. HELP!!! Hello, I had submitted a street light out (Rogers Street and Smith Avenue) and was told it was fixed. I have been out of town and noticed this morning that it was still not on. My address is 346 S. Rogers St. and this light is just south of me. Thanks, Jim

There are a lot of kids in the area that are playing in the street, but there are no signs indicating that they are out there. He said that there are many issues with people speeding down the road and his children have had close calls with vehicles. They are asking for kid or speed warning signs to be placed on this street to mitigate the traffic.

905 W 6th St Bloomington, IN 47404 Hello, with the rain this past weekend, I was surprised that both of my containers, waste and recycling, had several inches of water in them. Apparently the lids do not close securely allowing rain to enter which deteriorates paper goods and trash if not in plastic.

Request review of this street for implementation of street lights. More and more lots are being sold and erected. We could use lights, it's pitch black out here. Thank you!
