This vehicle has been parked here and not moved for months. It clearly has a flat tire and is in disrepair. It is parked in such a manner that it reduces the spots available in this area.

The kids at 1005 W 6th have not taken their garbage to be emptied since they moved in (September). The past week, the full garbage can fell over in their front yard. Now animals are going through their garbage. It is slowly spreading in their yard.

In December 2017 our water supply line to the house from the street was replaced. About two weeks ago, we started noticing black material coming out of the tap that supplies our bathtub. Then our kitchen sink water pressure started to decline; I opened up the faucet nozzle and found similar particles. The problem with the tub water has persisted now for some weeks and I'm concerned for our health.

In the Spring someone from my office could never find someone in the Morton parking garage so that she could buy the $40 parking pass. Now i am having difficulty contacting someone during business hours for the same reason. I have left 2 messages and continue to try and no one answers the phone. Who else can i call or email? Several scooter riders are riding the scooters in the dismount zone along the north side of Kirkwood Avenue between Indiana and Dunn avenues. Increased (or any) enforcement of laws would be nice for a change.

There is a pothole on east Rhorer road, right past Jackson Creek Middle School. It has rapidly enlarged in the last few days, and I am worried it will ruin someone's car
