I wonder what can be done about 2102 E. Wimbleton Lane in southeast Bloomington. No one has lived there a several years. Someone does cut the lawn, but the house is aging and in disrepair. In the past months, the gutter over the garage is falling off and the house is becoming a real eye-sore. Can anything be done to locate the owners and have them keep up maintenance on the house? The light on Walnut St at Hillside facing south is going red for long periods with no turning traffic

When the car light is green for 10th Street and the pedestrian signal to cross tenth street is a solid hand, the talking box on the beg button says the walk sign is on. I stood there a few signals and the box starts saying the walk sign is on when the green light is on for both directions. It's about 4:22, and I took a video if you'd like to see. This the corner of 10th and Fee.
