Mr. Van Orman called to ask if speed bumps could be installed on Pete Ellis Dr. There are several elderly people who live in this area and it is unsafe to be walking in this area because cars are travelling too fast on Pete Ellis Dr.. There is also a great potential for accidents at the intersection of Pete Ellis and Longview due to the speeds.

Mr. Madsen called to express his concern about the efficiency of tax money on the sidewalk sweeper the City just purchased. He believes the City merchants should sweep their own sidewalks, and in the winter should shovel their own walks to better promote people to use the dowtown area.
