For Zone 7617 meter, I was trying to pay in cash for 1 hour but it did not take quarters on April 20th. I ended up paying with a credit card, but at that point, I already put in $1.5 worth of quarters. Could you reimburse $1.5?

Excessive Growth

1722 N Walnut St, Bloomington, IN 47404, USA

Case Date:
4/30/2024

Hello! My daughter lives at 1722 N Walnut St in Bloomington. It is Vivo Apartments. We are paying a lot in rent and whoever owns this place is not keeping it up. The grass is thigh high and she has to walk to a nearby park just to take the dog out. I see there are other reports on this location, at what point does the city do more than issue warnings to the property manager to get them to comply with the ordinance? Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
