I am physically disabled live alone. Moved to this (section 8) reside in November. I am unable to mxnsg the parts to my disability. So my rhuematologist submitted a letter stating g my issues s the employees sh do the trash/ recycle CARTS will bri g them back to.my yard/porch sftrvesch pickup. To date this has been done once! I get caretakers who do so for me often but in the event they forget or I do not get one my trash/ recycling carts sit at the road risking causing harm to other motorist if fall over. Which oftentimes happens to I am on a slope/hill. The manager might hold me in lease viol as well!

Rogers Street was closed between 3rd and 4th St. last Week, and I went through the Alley just West of Rogers Street, and there are 4 Cars parked with no License Plates, possibly abandoned, and a Trailer with crap on it parked there that look like they were there when the Garage was built. Someone needs to look into this.

Dear Madam/Sir, I am writing to report an issue concerning the curb and storm drain located at the southern end of Stratford Dr, in front of our residence (3020 S Stratford Dr, Bloomington IN, 47401). The curb is currently obstructed by leaves, twigs, and organic sediment (as shown in the attached photo), impeding effective drainage during rainfall. As a result, our front yard experiences flooding with every rain shower. We kindly request that the curb and its immediate surroundings be thoroughly cleaned to restore proper drainage functionality. Once this maintenance is completed, we are committed to maintaining the storm drain area to ensure its continued effectiveness. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Please implement a 4-way stop at the intersection of S Henderson St. & E Graham Pl. / Graham Dr. because there are multiple neighborhoods which people come in and out of along these roads. It can be stressful to turn left from either of the Graham roads onto S Henderson St. Moreover, it can be a struggle to walk across the intersection without adequate protection in order to access the trail along Henderson or the Sports Complex nearby.

We're having a lot of issues with the bus stops being located on our properties and it bringing disturbances to our center. We request that all bus stops get moved off of the private property as soon as possible. Thank you.

Once again the storm sewer drains in front of my house and across the street are clogged with debris. I do my share of keeping the drains free, but I think it is also incumbent upon the City of do its share. Keep in mind that it is now yet the season when falling leaves block drains and before the area between the street and sidewalk are dug up again to have more broadband fiber laid.

Water has been shut off because of large outstanding balance. This is a rental property and the landlord refuses to address the situation and tenant is left without water. The large outstanding balance is due to a water line break.

Can someone from the city comment on what private property owners can do with scooters abandoned, left, or staged on their property? Calls to the scooter companies to have these moved are not often met with a prompt response.
