There are homeless encampments in the shut down parking lot of Arby's. The encampments have been growing daily and causing concerns for nearby businesses.

Once again when on Walker Street turning onto one way West third vision is very obstructed. Every year multiple times same problem. If there are city tree, lots behind these sidewalks, shave it all the way back to the property line, please.

The streets have huge potholes and uneven surfaces on Roundhill, Spicewood and some of the cul-de-sacs. Can city please repair/patch? Thanks.
